Heroes of the Nam brings the Vietnam War to the award winning Lock ’n Load Tactical system by combining the classic Forgotten Heroes Vietnam and Anzac Attack modules into one complete game. This squad level system uses the fast paced impulse mechanic that keeps both sides engaged every turn and places you in the center of close range jungle firefights and brutal urban assaults.
You command forces from the United States Army and Marines, the Army of the Republic of Vietnam, and their Anzac allies from Australia and New Zealand. Opposing you are determined units from the North Vietnamese Army and the elusive Viet Cong.
At the heart of every battle are your Squads and Leaders. Individual characters add depth and tension to each scenario:
