Product Refunds and Exchanges
At Lock ‘n Load Publishing (LnLP), all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds under standard circumstances. However, we understand that a single policy cannot cover every situation, and customer satisfaction remains our priority. In certain extenuating circumstances, returns or refunds may be considered. If you believe your case warrants a refund or exchange, please contact our Support Desk with a detailed explanation of your request. While submitting a request does not guarantee approval, we carefully review each case individually.
Component Replacements
If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective, please contact our Support Desk immediately with a description of the issue. We will evaluate your request, and if it is determined to be justified, we will provide a replacement for the affected product or component. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a replacement, but we are committed to reviewing each case thoroughly.
Ensuring you receive a complete and high-quality version of your game is essential to us, and we will make every effort to address legitimate requests for replacement parts.
Replacement Component Eligibility
Circumstances Where Replacement May Not Be Provided:
- Third-party Purchases: We cannot replace games or components purchased through third-party resellers that have been opened, resold, or damaged by the reseller. Please contact the reseller directly for assistance.
- Lost Parts: We do not replace components lost by customers.
- Customer-induced Damage: We are unable to replace game boxes or components damaged through customer use.
- Undamaged Components with Minor Printing Imperfections: Only printing errors that significantly affect gameplay are eligible for replacement. Minor or cosmetic errors will not qualify.

Carrier-induced Damage: Damage caused by mail carriers cannot be replaced by LnLP. Customers must file a claim directly with the respective carrier.
Circumstances Where Replacement May Be Provided:
- The product was clearly damaged during storage or shipping by our distributor due to mishandling, freight issues, or natural events.
- The damage originated from the printer or distributor and occurred before leaving their facilities.
- There is a significant printing error that directly impacts gameplay (marginal or cosmetic errors are excluded).
- The product was purchased directly from LnLP through our online store or crowdfunding campaigns.
Purchasing Components
LnLP generally does not sell individual game components. While we greatly appreciate your support, component sales are not typically available. However, we may periodically offer components for sale on our online store, so we encourage you to check for availability.
