Lock 'n Load Tactical: Battle Generator v2.1
Design Your Own Battles with the LnLT Battle Generator v2.1
The Lock ‘n Load Tactical (LnLT) Battle Generator v2.1 is an enhanced version of our original Battle Generator v1.0, incorporating new features that provide a versatile system for creating custom battles. This updated version allows players to mix and match forces across different games and historical eras. For example, you can pit Viet Cong forces from Heroes of the Nam against German troops from Heroes of Normandy, offering a unique and strategic gameplay experience.
Key Enhancements
One of the most significant updates in Battle Generator v2.1 is the improved unit selection process. Players now have two options for determining unit costs:
- Generic Unit Point System – A newly designed universal point system applicable across all LnLT games.
- Pre-defined Unit Cost Charts – A structured cost system carried over from the previous Battle Generator, now expanded to support future releases.
Newly released games will include Pre-defined Unit Cost Charts within their module rules. The total points available for a battle are determined by the selected forces and further modified by battle-specific variables. This approach ensures quick setup while maintaining flexibility in gameplay.
Designed for Compatibility
The LnLT Battle Generator v2.1 is fully compatible with all past, present, and future Lock ‘n Load Tactical modules. Players have the freedom to use any or all of the included Battle Generator features, allowing for a tailored gameplay experience.
